SOURCE: Convection oven blowing cold air

If your fan is blowing cold air, it's the air inside the oven that circulates. It has nothing to do with the fan. Convection circulates the existing air in the oven. Sounds like you might deselect the convection setting if this continues to happen. We have parts, so please let us know if we can help any further. :>)

SOURCE: bought oven in hongkong now in Philippines, how to

Ok, you cannot do that The "Frequency" of the mains cannot be changed. However IF the Voltages are the same the differing Frequencies will NOT stop it from heating etc. .BUT unfortunately it WILL matter to the electronics in it. The clock wouldn't run etc. So I think you maybe stumped? You could safely try it though? See if it works?

SOURCE: Blodgett convection oven how to wire it

speaking generically, in almost every case, the black and red wires are power, the white is neutral, and the green is ground. I would strongly reccommend not changing it over to a 3 wire set up. In most every case, a 3 wire set up does not include the neutral and your oven needs it.

The only proper way to proceed is to replace both springs. I recommend that you order two new springs from Delonghi. here is their customer care website http://www.delonghiusa.com/index.php?texts&pid=3

this site has their toll free number, and tons of other information that you may want.

Bake- Normal convection- both upper and lower heating elements.

Conv. Bake- Semi-forced convection- both upper and lower elements, heat is then distributed throughout the oven via the fan.

Broil- radiation- The heat is radiated by the ifrared broil element.

Re:Electric Convection oven does not heat up. Convection fan works, light works.

It is probably and electrical service issue. If this is a North American unit, it uses two electrical circuits to provide power. You must find and reset the breakers and check that the wiring is operating as intended. Less likely: It could also be a manufacturing defect. DeLonghi uses screw compression connections on some products. Sometimes, they don't work well.
