Question about Estate ETW4400VQ Top Load Washer
It is clear that the problem is in the timer. It has a dead spot at the point where it should activate the water inlet valves at the start of the rinse cycle. Fiddle with the timer knob when it is at the point where the rinse cycle commences and the water valves are activated. If fiddling with the timer does not make the valves work even momentarily or intermittently, then replacing the timer is the only viable solution. Please indicate the exact model number of the machine should you need assistance in replacing the timer.
