OK, if you are talking about the phone security code which was usually asked when the phone has been restarted, here is how we fix this.

You will need to enter in the wrong code until you are prompted to enter the PUK code. Click HERE to read how retrieve the PUK code.

Let me know if i understood the question. Also, please do not hesitate to let me know if you need any further assistance.

Screen is locked

You will have to connect the iPod Touch to the computer with iTunes that you originally synced it with and click "Restore" from the iPod Touch selection on the left side of the window.

Be sure to have your Apple ID and password ready to verify ownership of the iPod Touch with Apple.

My ipod touch is now disabled because i cant remember the passcode. How can i enable it

Unfortunately, you need to contact the manufacturer (or Apple Store), and have them re-flash the firmware of your device.

Because, if you can't remember your password, there's no way for them to see what the password is. However, they have a way to reset the password to a default one. But, if they can't reset the password, then firmware reload is the only way to fix this.

Good luck!

I have a ipod touch that i locked because i could not remember passcode i have tried to restore itunes but now it will not even come on

hi there, when you mean it will not even come on, does that mean that the ipod touch won't come on or itunes. If the ipod touch, then you may need a apple expert to help you with that. If it's itunes, just keep entering bad passwords. After a few more tries, it will reset on it's own and should become unlocked.

Lost password on my ipod touch 16gb

The only way to unlock any ipod with out the password is to restore it using itunes. In case you are unfamiliar with how to do a restore on your ipod touch i have posted a step by step below. Take care :)

Last Modified: February 16, 2009 Article: HT1414 Old Article: 305744 Using the Restore function for your iPhone or iPod touch is part of standard troubleshooting procedure. Restoring your device will erase all data from your iPhone or iPod touch, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and any other data. All iPhone or iPod touch settings are restored to their factory condition.
Whenever you restore your iPhone or iPod touch, Apple highly recommends that you perform a sync prior to restoring in order to back up any changes since your last sync. If you have movie rentals on the device, see this document before restoring.
Use the following steps to restore your iPhone or iPod touch:
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed and running before attempting to update. Connect your iPhone or iPod touch to your computer. Select your iPhone or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices. Select the Summary tab. Select the Restore option. When prompted to back up your iPhone or iPod touch's settings before restoring, select the Back Up option (as seen in the image below). If have just backed up the device, it is not necessary to create another.
Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you (As long as you've backed up your device, you should not have to worry about restoring your phone).
Once the restore process has completed the iPhone or iPod touch restarts and displays the Apple logo while starting up

Password lock

Unfortunately, if you've forgotten your password, you'll have to force-restore your ipod in order to use it again. Sorry for the bad news.

According to Apple, this is the procedure for you:

(You will require a computer with iTunes 7.5 or higher installed on it)

Even though this probably isn't the answer you're looking for, would you mind rating my response? Thanks!

Forgot the passcode to ipod touch and it is a 16 GB can any help or give me the code or tell me what to do

You would probably have to reset your ipod on the computer if you can't remember the password. If this helps be sure to create a new password that you can remember.

Be sure to give me a rating please.
