Check the battery connections. The old batteries which were removed may have corroded in the unit and therefore caused some damage to the battery panel. If their are rusty parts clean the rusty parts and try restarting again.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

How to restart furby his base is not level and I put battery's in h

Not sure on this model but on others there is a small reset button somewhere on the edge of the battery compartment , it's small and tricky to see , you might need something small to press it , hold it down for a few seconds and your furby should come back to life

Furby Just Stopped working

Furbies tend to be stubborn and strong-willed. A search on the internet produced valuable information at www.instructables.com. So far, two have been revived. At the site given, look for push-start-a-comatose-furby. Good luck

Furby stopped working

I pressed the Refresh button for a few seconds. That fixed it for me after ours seemed to have stopped working.

Furby won't work

Have you tried restarting? It's different from resetting. You have to keep his tongue down (as if you're feeding him) while resetting. This worked for me when Furby didn't move, only made sound. Good luck! (If you still have it, it's May already)
