Question about TeamViewer
Assuming you are using Windows XP operating system, you can try to uninstall the "Team Viewer" program by clicking on "Start" button> All Programs > TeamViewer 5 > Uninstall TeamViwer 5.
If this option does not work, then you can uninstall the program by running the uninstall.exe file in the TeamViewer installation folder.
For this double click on "My Computer", then open 'C disk', then open 'Program Files' folder.
In the 'Program Files' folder, open 'TeamViewer' folder, then 'Version 5' folder. Now double-click on 'uninstall.exe' file to run the installer.
After successfully uinstalling the program, you can download and re-install it from: http://www.teamviewer.com/download/
Hope this solves your problem.
