Rheem: REAB-1415J is not turning on. Replaced the fuses and breaker and still nothing. I even checked to see if the fan turned and it does freely.

do you have the lower door in place tight ?? because there is a door button switch. so if its not pushed in all the way you would have no power at furnace. also make sure nobody turned off the on off service switch usually above furnace or sometimes one at top of stairs and one down by the furnace .if those suggestions don't work you might want to turn each breaker off then back on incase one is tripped. if that don't work check for 120 volt at your fan timer board also it may have a automotive style fuse on the board which if blown it wont do anything. if there is 120 volt at board and the 24 volt circuit fuse is good its probably the fan timer board.

Looking for fan condenser relay for buick 1996

When you turn on your A/C does the compressor come on? Unless you have a heat pump or you have a newer A/C that has a control board in it you won't have a fan relay. The fan is powered by the contactor, when it is energized the fan and compressor will both come on. If the compressor comes on and the fan motor doesn't. Disconnect all the power. Try spinning the fan blade,if it spins freely the bearings are ok, if it doesn't stiff or drags even a little, then the bearings are bad and the motor needs replaced. Then check the capacitor, if it has a bulge or is swollen then the capacitor is bad and needs replaced. You sometimes can take it to your parts store and some of them will check it for you. Last with the power back on and the unit calling for cooling check the volts to the motor terminals if you have 230 volts and the capacitor is good, then the motor is bad and needs replaced, if you don't then you need to check the fuses at the disconnect or breaker.

Goodman A/c not cooling the fan not turning .what do I need to do?

If its the outside fan not running check the breaker and the fuses in the disconnect(some may not have fuses) if that is not the problem but you can hear the compressor running it could be seized fan motor, failed capacitor, faulty contactor, bad wiring. Turn the breaker off to the unit and try to spin the fan with a long screw driver or something similar but be careful not the bend the fan blade, If the fan will not move don't force it you need a new motor,If the fan spins freely move on open the cover and check the wiring but becareful the capacitor can still have a full charge and shock you even with power off. Other the that you will need a volt meter that can check volts, amps2_bing.gif, and capacitors to futher test the unit I suggest calling a local HVAC contractor and having the unit repaired and tuned up, by having a tune up done you can recoup the cost of the repair with the energy savings from the tune up.

The fan relay is located inside the air handler pulling out the top pannel.

Just replace compressor keep tripping circuit breaker

Shut the power off to the unit, spin the fan blade to see if it spins freely. If it doesn't spin freely, (there appears to be a little drag when you spin it),the bearings are bad, if it does spin freely, then try moving the motor shaft from side to side if there’s any play in the shaft side to side then the bearings are worn and motor needs replaced. Then, check the capacitor, if it’s bulging even slightly, the capacitor is bad and needs replaced. Most of the time people replace the capacitor if motor seems ok. If capacitor is ok, turn power on to see if the motor is getting the proper voltage, if it is and not trying to run, then the windings are probably open, the motor's bad and needs replaced.
The fan motor could have been your problem all the time, because if the fan doesn't come on or runs slow, it causes high head pressure,
which causes high amps, which could trip your breakers.

Condenser fan wont come on nor will compressor I do have fan op

Thanks for your Question,
First thing to check is the breaker in the panel to see if its tripped, I would suggest turning to off, then back to on, if it trips right after you have a short, if not you will need to check your fuses at the disconnect, first, shut the breaker off to the condensor, then pull the fuses and Ohm check them, if you have no reading then one or both is bad, I would recommend replacing them both if thats the case, if they check good, then you have bigger issues with your heat pump, if these suggestions do not work let me know and I can go into more indepth proceedures with you on what to do, thanks again,
