Question about Computers & Internet
I assume you are asking for the key number for your Windows operating system. The Certificate Of Authenticity Key number (COA) is on a sticker on your computer. For desk top computers it is usually stuck to the side or back of the case. On laptops, it is on the bottom. That COA number is your proof that you paid for the operating system when you bought the machine. Even if you bought it used. If there is no sticker, then the people you bought it from are pirating the operating system software and you should report them to Microsoft.com. That probably won't help you but it will get them off the streets.
