Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
I just got done putting music on it and it still says it's docked even though it isn't. And it won't do anything.
Possible firmware upgrade issue.

All kits you get a new docking connector of the later, tougher design included in the kit. Everything is supplied on a no-risk 'buy & try' basis so you can send back if the problem isn't solved.
