I HAVE TAKEN IT TO SOMEONE TO FIX BUT THEY SUGGESTED MY HARD DRIVE WAS BURNED OUT , IT WAS WORKING FINE AND WHEN I TURN IT BACK ON I GOT THE BLANK BLACK SCREEN
