Question about Cell Phones
If the phone is taking hours to send text, you may want to try to insert your SIM card in to diff. phone, then try sending a text.
If the same problem occur, you may contact your wireless carrier and see why there's a delay.
You may try to insert a known working SIM card in to your phone. If it takes hours again to send a text, then send the phone back to the reseller or manufacturer for repair.

Create a new text message which includes text similar to "GPRS" or "Set GPRS."
Send the message to your network provider's phone number. This phone number can be found on your provider's website or in the instruction manual.
Turn your phone off and on again once your network provider has sent you a message to confirm that GPRS has been activated. It may take up to 24 hours before you receive this confirmation and a further 24 hours before GPRS is fully functional.
