Question about Philips HD-7607
Howdy, we don't offer repairs, but rather do our best to guide you through your own repair or lead you to repair (or replacement)resources.
I have that same model (love it, too) and have wetted it on a number of occasions with no bad luck. Perhaps you have already done this, but it is best to let it sit for a few days to dry out before attempting to use or plug it in at all.
I went to the Phillips site and found the user's guide for the closest supported model to yours:
It is worth looking through and has the 1800 number in the event you need parts or replacement.
I hope this helps a bit. I hope it just works next time you use it making all this unnecessary:)
best regards, Farmerbear at FixYa.com

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
