There is a error message there, it indicate a problem with your induction cooker. It cause a defective winding wire or circuit controllers your know induction cooker works similar to the principle of electro magnet induction, it give heat to metal cooking pot. I hope I give you a idea regarding what happen to your unit.

I have bought a new Prestige Induction cook top. I have been using it for quite some time, but without any problem. All of a sudden today when I try to heat water , the temperature panel goes to E3 and nothing else works.
In order to start it again I have to switch off the power and start all over again.
Stainless steel (or Aluminium) cookware will not normally work with an Induction cooker: Induction cooker need cookware that have a certain amount of metal especially at the bottom of the pot or pan.
An easy way to check if the cookware is suitable is to use a small (fridge) magnet: if it stick to the pot/pan then it is very likely that the pot/pan is suitable for induction 'magnetic' cooking!
Hope my small hint is of assistance and if so, vote accordigly!
