Found a bissell pro heat 2 x carpet cleaner without a manual any ideas, can't find how to get one and poss. parts...

As per wiring diagram on Page 20 of service manual, there is no fuse.

No unfortunately not. Some brands of vacuums and steam cleaners have similar belts that can be used on several different models, however this Bissell carpet cleaner has a very unique belt, that is really unlike any other belt on the market today.

That means that you need to replace the pump belt. Here is the belt you need and a manual you can view:

Can't find part # of o-ring about 1.5 feet long inside bottom of unit which had broken. Help.

The best place to get the part # for the o-ring is from the owner’s manual for the Bissell, check the Bissell website or to call the Bissell factory or manufacturer and give them the Model # of your unit and they will mail you out one.
