Impossible to tell what your problem is without having a look and taking it apart.
You may have just knocked a few things loose.
Remove the back panels that cover the memory/hard drives and DVD drive, take them out and refit them.
Does it work?
You may have damaged the screen/invertor.
You could have trashed the motherboard and other components.
If refitting the easily removable components does not work, its time to take it to a repair shop
