Question about RTO Bodyguard T300 Commercial Treadmill

Open Question

I have a Reebok ACD2 treadmill. When I insert the key, all the lights go on and the incline works fine. However, when I press start to move the belt, it does not move, but the readout says that I am moving at a certain speed - whatever it was set to (1mph, 2mph, etc) Any thoughts about what might be wrong. I just moved and it was working before the move. Could something have been broken in the move? Thanks.

SOURCE: Treadmill Incline Works, belt does not move

Check the drive belt. It may be loose or broken. If the belt is loose, then to tighten the drive belt, start by removing the front cover. loosen the bolts around the motor then tighten the drive belt by tightening the motor adjuster bolt. Once the drive belt is tight, tighten the motor back down.

How do you shut this thing off . the lights on the display stay on. reebok 8700es

Hols the stop button and the speed decrease button down while inserting or attatching the key (magnet). There should be a "d" on the screen, press the incline down button and it should go away. As soon as it disappears, your done. Just pull the key off and your display will shut off.

Hope this helps

Treadmill kph to mph

No need to take console apart, power up the treadmill, take the safety key out then hold down the start button and the incline down button at the same time then insert the safety key. You'll now be able to toggle between KPH and MPH by using start button

Ifit treadmill will not incline but everything else works, how do I fix the incline

You may need to calibrate the incline. Do this with the following procedure.
Safety key out
press the stop and speed up buttons at the same time while inserting the safety key. (you are now in diagnostics)
press the stop button one time only.
now press the incline up button (incline motor should start moving up)
incline will go up to the top and then all the way to the bottom. when it gets done you can remove the key. Reinsert the key and you should be operating normally.
Good luck Tim

Treadmill wont incline all the way

With the key in the console, press one of the incline buttons. While the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds reinsert the key. The treadmill will automatically rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level. Thi will recalibrate the incline system.

Reebok ACD2 need manual

Icon manufactures the units for Reebok; go here and pick your year (the last 2 numbers). You may need to look at the image in the manual if you don't know your unit's year:

I have the same problem. I phoned Reebok Tech Support 01908 512244. It is a timed icon to advise the deck should be lubricated. If you have done so / do this regularly you can ignore it. To remove the icon follow the instructions they emailed me. Hope this works Cheers John Please follow procedure below:
1. Keep power on and remove the safety key
2. Press and hold incline down and speed down, at the same time insert the safety key
3. You can release the “Down” buttons. (you will now hear a beep)
4. Press Speed up
6. Press stop. You will now hear a beep and the icon will disappear
