You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert your pictures (and videos) to a form the Sansa can handle.

Unsupported media format

If you select the load photo option it may give you a list of file formats, the same with the "save" option.
These will be correct file formats. Look around for any photo's that came with it too.

I just paid $80 for Sansa MP3 player and all i get is, "unsupported media format", when i try to load pictures on it. I really dont have time for this kind of stuff nor do i have more money to invest in...

Make sure you're pictures are in jpeg, jpg or bmp format and that their resolution isn't too high. The best thing to do would be to convert them to a supported format using free programs like gimp, paint.net or even paint.
Good luck

When i try to load pictures is says "unsupported Media Format" this is for an 8gb mp3

If you get such as message on your PC, it means exactly that: you do not have the appropriate decoder or codec for the media file you are trying to display (or play for that matter).
Your MP3 player, if its just a MP3 playser such as the Sansa m230 will not be able to display pictures which are usually .jpg files (could also be .bmp or other picture formats) or video which are usually .MP4 or .AVI or .WMV

Did you have the same problem with Media Player 10/Media Connect or is this the first time you've tried it? Given that you have the same problem with pictures stored on a USB storage device this may well suggest that you are using an unsupported file format, how are your pictures saved? Try converting or re-saving your pictures, you can find a list of supported formats in your Xbox 360 user guide but JPEG (.jpg) is usually a safe choice.
