Question about RCA RCR311B Remote Control
It appears lots of people have had problems with this particular remote. Some times it does also come down to "you pay for what you get" since it appears that's a fairly inexpensive remote that costs around $8 at Walmart. I know this as well since we purchased one and it also had the same issue. The manufacturer said it appeared to not be working any more. We ended up investing a bit more on the next remote.
Some times you can have the manufacturer look at it for you but for accessories that requires you to pay for the shipping costs and they cover the parts normally or labor..mostly for a select time frame [90 days, etc.] which isnt that long for these more affordable universal remotes.
IF you want to make sure you have done everything in your possible power to fix the solution I'd suggest to re-input the remote codes for all of your devices. First, take out the batteries let the remote sit for a full minute with out any power going to it which can help reset it or any issues going on with it, then insert them and reset/program the codes back into the system/devices.
Let us know how that works. Thanks for your time and we wish you luck!
