The rear Axle holds on the rear wheel, so you will have to remove that first.

The wheel will come out after you loosen the chain tensioner and take the chain off the rear sprocket.

The wheel is a two piece wheel, and some are held together with replaceable bolts and nuts, and some are riveted together. If you have bolts and nuts, simply loosen them and the rim will simply open up, and pull out of the tire. Replace in the opposite order.

If riveted, you will need to replace the wheel. You could drill out the rivets, and then apply bolts so that you can take the wheel apart again.

Its not meant to be removed. Purchase a new one and save yourself some troubles. You need special tools to remove it. I highly recommend purchasing the wheel complete.

How to put air in tire of e300 razor

  1. rotate the rear wheel until the hole in the sprocket lines up with the tyre valve.
  2. insert the tyre valve extension through the hole and attach it to the tyre valve
  3. inflate the tyre to the correct pressure (usually 45psi)
  4. remove valve extension and put in a safe place for next time.
Inflating the rear tyre is detailed in the owners manual, which you can download from the Razor web site.

Solving ratio problems

Let's assume the rolling radius is 300 mm or so for a typical rear tyre. This gives a circumference of 1885 mm or 6.18 ft. That is one rev.

http://www.exploroz.com/Vehicle/Tyres/SizeCalc.aspx

You can substitute here for your actual tyre. At 75 mph you are covering 6600 feet per min. This is 6600/6.18 = 1068 rpm of the back wheel, and the rear sprocket.

If the final drive ratio, motor to rear pulley, is 3.16, this would have your motor doing 3375 rpm. To get 1:1 you would need a different pulley set in which the front one was bigger and the rear one smaller. Maybe also you need something different in the clutch assy but at this point I don't know enough about Harleys. Have a look here

Bike shakes when going 30 miles per hour what can i do to fix it

hi, is this a woble, or a shake from the handlebars, when you let go of them, or while you are holding them,
had new tyres or the wheels been removed recently, check front wheel spindle is tight 100nm 36 psi in front tyre, also check with the wheel of the ground that it spins freely, brake binde will cause this, has the rear wheel been removed and not tightened up correctly, has the spacer inside the rear sprocket housing been omited, remove wheel and check it in place, this will be evident if the rear wheel spindle continues to turn even when fully tight, check tyre pressure 36psi and tighten rear wheel to 100 nm also.

lastly a tyre which has been resting on the ground in the same place for a long period of time will also cause shakeing as the tyre carcus becomes distorted not visible to the eye, and only when you change the tyre do you experience the benefit, can also occure with a new tyre of low grade.

How do i change the rear tier of my razor mx350?

I would take it to a shop only because the tire has to be on almost perfect so there is no wobble. They have the proper equipment to make sure it is aligned properly. If you are going to go around 40-50 mph alignment is critical.Even jumping moguls and turning alignment is critical.

How can I put chain back on my E200 razor electric scooter?Everything is in the way.

First your going to remove the deck.
Take off the chain tensioner
Next remove the motor and put the chain around the gear
Put the motor back on the scooter with the chain on
Then take the rear wheel off and put the chain into the gear.
Put the rear wheel back on along with the chain tensioner and deck
Your done!

Note: the reason why I say you have the remove the motor and wheel is the get the chain on. So you may only have to partial remove the motor or tires to get the chain on.
