Question about SanDisk Sansa Fuze MP3 Player
Hi there, please do the following to reset your mp3 player, hopefully this will solve your problem.
Step 1. Slide the power button up and hold it there for 10 seconds. The player should power off
Step 2. Turn the player back on. It should start up normally.
If you still get problems, try a hard reset like so :
Step 1. Push the "Home" button
Step 2. Goto settings, then system settings and then press select.
Step 3. Go down to restore factory settings.
Step 4. Press "Yes" at the warning prompt.

Hold down the power button for 20 or more seconds; when you release the power button, the Sansa Connect will restart on its own. If it doesn't restart, you did not hold down the power button long enough -- try again.
Make sure there's a battery in the player. This doesn't work when it is plugged into the USB port.
