I drained the water from inside by putting the hose down the floor and switch to final spin and it works after the water is drained. I feel the pump assembly and I've notice that it is very hot . Would it be the capacitor or what ever?

Hi,
The machine makes a humming sound this may be due to the pump. Some particles may got into the pump like coins which prevents the impeller of the pump from rotating and make humming sound.Clean the pump and this problem will be solved.
Thank You

Try using a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose to remove the water.
then you need to check and remove all the hose from the drain pump and look for any obstructions that maybe stopping the or blocking the pump

My kenmore washer model number 970-c47092-10 doesn't drain and spin properly clothes come out dripping wet

If it actually spins and does some draining but not 100%, then it is probably the drain pump that has started to fail.
But if the unit does not drain or spin at all ... then it probably the lid switch that has failed ... which does not allow the machine to even proceed to drain/spin. This video could help that issue

Got an F02 code on my Kenmore ELite HE3 washer. How do I unlock the door to get the water out?

Try pushing the start/pau botton several times, this causes the drain to start drining, when it stops and starts flashing again, push the botton again. The water needs to come down a level and sometimes it may start to spin.I've had several problems with this type of washer,But all machines do this. After you get the clothes to spin, remove them and put,draino-max gel or Rooto-rooter drain opener in drum and let it sit 1-3hrs.then run machine heavy-duty hot-water no clothes, you may have to run it several times to get all the cleaner out.the pump may be clogged with animal-hair or strings from clothes.good luck

Kenmore elite washer problem

sounds as if you have a drain issue, most common cause of fault is theres something stuck in the pump housing. remove the lower acess panel(3 screws along the bottom of the forn of unit) youll gain acess to the pump housing, remove the large cover to the "button trap" by uncscrewimg the cover, it will be righthin front of you in the center of machine when cover removed, im sure youll find your blockage within there
