This problem is most likely
being caused by air being trapped in the system. To fix this, please follow the
following steps: -
- Turn on the Machine, ensuring there is water in the tank
- Wait until the light stops flashing and the machine is ready for use
- Lift the silver lever on top of the machine into the upright position
- Press the coffee button on your machine
- Push the silver lever back, away from you, and hold it in this position for 3 seconds
- Press the coffee button again to stop the water flow
This procedure releases the air blockage in the system and your machine should function normally again.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. It punctures one side (the 3 holes) but not the other (where the foil is). The only thing I can think of is that I had made an espresso, then added water since it was low. When I went to make the next one, it wouldn't puncture. It seems crazy, but maybe the water was too cold? I dunno. Did you end up figuring it out? thanks

SOURCE: My le Cube is puncturing
everything I can find on your machine, does not cover your problem. I have a Krupps. do mine the old fashion way. All I can think of( I downloaded every manual on-line I could find, and went to their site(found nothing), is in my thoughts was to insert the capsule, pull handle for the holes, release it, and turn the capsule around, to get the other holes you need. I am so sorry I can't find you an answer.. Twoduckster, ,

I have a dolce gusto and i am unable to remove the coffee capsule. It seems stuck, as does the lever that punctures the capsule. If the valve lever is moved right or left nothing comes out. Please can you help?
