C6000 : Fuser heater break.
Fuser thermistor 1 detected less than
40°C/104°F for 10 s during warm-up and ready in.
Defective fuser heater M or S.
-Replace the fuser heater M or S.
Installation defectiveness on fuser thermistor 1.
-Check the mounting state of the fuser thermistor 1. If any problem is found, repair it.
Defective fuser thermostat.
-Replace the fuser thermostat.
-Replace the power source PWB or engine PWB and check for correct operation.
After parts replacement (fusing unit), you need to clear the fuser error code by going in the tech mode (10871087) and then U163.
These can only be reset by entering into Service Mode. I do not recommend just resetting the code, as this code indicates that the fusing lamp remained on after the unit had fully warmed up. Just resetting this could lead to damage to the copier itself, or in an extreme case, a potential fire.
I'd get this machine looked at by a trained service provider, as it most likely is going to need parts replaced.
C610 Broken fixing heater wire • Warm-up does not end within 90 s. • The secondary stabilization fixing temperature drops to 100°C/212°F or below. • The fixing temperature remains below 40°C/104°F for 7 s or longer after the fixing heaters have been turned on.
Fixing heater installed incorrectly (Check and reinstall if necessary.)
Broken fixing heater wire. (Check for continuity. If none, replace fixing heater.)
Poor contact in the fixing unit thermistor connector terminals.(Check the connection of connector CN12 on the main PCB and the continuity across the connector terminals.Remedy or replace if necessary.)

What code is it given? Is it trying to warm up and gets warm and then codes out???? You may have a short in your thirmister ... Try to clean the sensor it self of biult up toner. Then reinstall the thirmister and test the copier. You may have to replace the thirmister... Good Luck
