Officejet J6480

Brand New printer.

Loaded install CD, no software installed for scanning. No HP Director installed to hard drive.

Paper seems to be coming out crooked after printing, margins are not alligning. Paper is set in place in tray.

Wondering if I have bought a defective product? Never had problems with Hp before.

-   My printing has been off and don't know how to fix it. Its like to page is being pulled on the right side more and the margins are not parallel with the sheet.-   Guest
