Question about Televison & Video
The vertical scanning unit inside the tv has lost the sync with the signal coming from the box. Most likely this has been caused by the aging of the components and all you will have to do is to compensate for that by changing (or adjusting, if possible) a resistor in the vertical oscillator. It's a 10 minutes job if you know what to do. If you don't you can make the things very bad. Take the tv to a repair shop, they might fix it on the spot for a small fee.
