Won't print labels

Just got this Datamax E-4203 and attempted to print. It did not print but the label did come out a bit at each attempt. Everything is installed correctly as far as I know. When I went to print a test page I was successful. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

We are currently using a specific program with this printer.

Ended up being the heating settings - they were to low, so when I hit print...it would spit out a label but nothing would be on it.
