RCA D52W58 52 in

the main problem everytime i connect my composite cables either if its hdmi or svideo cables screen tends to go off and on.... the tv stay on just picture tends to go off and on what might be the problem

forgot to mention tv works fine with out any cable connected to any of the rca inputs or any hdmi cable connected
