Keyboard Asus EeePC 4G laptop (by 2 users)

At least one out of every ten letters I type doesn't appear on the screen and occasionally letters appear doubled for no reason. I am careful to push each letter cleanly and firmly but still have this problem. What can I do?

MY CAPS LOCK KEY IS STUCK ON ON MY EEE PC 900. VERY ANNOYING FOR ENTERING PASSWORDS!
