Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player
I have a new sansa (the old one messed up as well) and i was listening to music and al of a sudden 90% of my 1000 songs said that they were bad tracks. I went to check them out in MSC mode and the 10% that work are shown along with new files that wont open..two folders titled "i" and "-" and some file titled (insert box)W
the properties says that all the songs are there (size wise) but only the 10% are showin and i cant locate the others
PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM
There are several possibilities here. Right click one of the songs that is no longer showing, and click "Properties", and then click the "License" or "Digital Rights" tab. Look at the details of the license - does it say that it is only good for such and such a date? If you were using a trial version of a music service, has that music service's subscription now expired? If the license is expired, the songs will go bad. Only soultion, if this is the case, is to renew your music service subscription.
Try updating the firmware on the player by going to Sansa's website.
After that, reformat the player in Windows Media Player and reload the songs.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
