Hello,

Welcome to FixYa.

As a freestanding unit, NO. It won`t have isolated fuses, However, if the unit is plugged into the dryer, then YES. It does through the dryer utility box.

If it is plugged into the dryer then you`ll need to look at the back of the dryer where it plugs into the dryer.

This is an example of what you need to look for...

If your washer is plugged in here, check the fuses inside the small box up in the corner, i.e.

**Please unplug the washer or dryer ( depending on the set-up I mentioned...freestanding or feed into dryer ) or turn off the breaker before servicing the unit any further...safety first**

Let me know if it is indeed plugged into the dryer and we can go from there.

I`ll watch for your reply.

Regards,

Macmarkus :)

Bosch SRS53C02GB/27 tripped circuit fuse, Changed plug fuse still no sign of life

Has the circuit breaker / fuse in the meter box tripped or blown as well? If the machine tripped or blew a fuse, it is common for the heater element to be the cause or you have a water leak internally and its shorted something.

Bosch AHS52-16 hedge trimmer inop, changed fuse and mains lead. Are there any internal fuses or diodes likely to be faulty?

No internal fuses or diodes, but it probably has a set of brushes you can check and replace if necessary. Look for the brushes on both sides of the motor (you may have to open the case to do this). If they're there at all, one will be on each side of the motor at the "free end" (away from any mechanism).

No display or radio

I know that with the older bosch radio's PB 10-CD there are two internal fuses that 250V 2AMP. You have to remove four allen screws on the front of Bosch powerbox and then remove the four phillips screws one on each side. This will allow front of radio to be pulled out about 5 inches witch will give you enough access to check/change fuses. Fuses are held in place with plastic cover that has one small phillips screw holding it in place. Hope this helps

I have a bosch pb360 boombox that wont turn on with new batteries and the fuse is fine

There are two internal glass fuses inside the Bosch pb360sc.
If it won't power on, flip it upside down and remove the bottom section of the radio and four of the screws for the roll cage. Once inside you can figure out which fuse is dead and replace it. The Bosch manual is totally useless and does not tell you or indicate that there are any internal fuses. The fuse that runs the 12volt power supply / cigarette style outlet has nothing to do with your radio not being able to turn on/ power up. I guess they want their service partners to be able to jam you for .50 cent fuse....

Brush relacement in bosch wfl2450 washing machine.

yes the brushes do have to go in a particular direction.
imagine that the flat surface of the brush's angled end has to make full contact with the edge of the circular commutator down inside. Once you've got one brush done, the other one is inserted with its end situated in the opposite way. Like so, sort of: ----\ O \---- !!!!
hope that makes sense

Hi there, this problem sounds as though the carbon brushes are needing replaced or infact just needing to be cleaned of dust or dirt. Its very common for the brushes to be covered in dust and fibres. Im not sure where the brushes will be on this model but I hope this helps you in someway.
