Question about HP Mini 1000 Netbook
Hi! Please try this. Remove the battery and press hold the power button for 10secs. to reset the system. Insert the battery again and this may take you to safe mode and get time to uninstall unnecessary programs. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

Please go to Start->Accessories->System Tools->Restore. Here you get an option to set your notebook to an earlier date. In the calender shown you can move backwards and select any date in bold numbers. Follow the instructions and wait till the notebook reboots and gives you the desktop. This restoration will remove all programs that were installed after this date. Do not jump months in the first go. Do it gradually so as not to uninstall all programs and annoy your daughter.

Hi. Inorder to prevent your computer from doing this . You may try this procedure. When computer boots up, do not select safe mode. Instead, select disable automatic restart on system shutdown. Once you get access to windows on normal mode then that is the time you can remove the programs.
