Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
Have you checked the a/v connector cables to make sure they are in the proper location and/or seated into the jack all the way? Also, check the health of the wires as well.. (i.e. any kind of pinched or damages of any kind).
You may want to check your language or captions settings to make sure the hearing impaired settings have been changed.
