Question about Samsung Digimax i6 PMP Digital Camera

Hi, i am using samsung digimax s700 for years and recently i took a picture and it become all white. i try to check its white balance on + / - button and found the + / - button is unable to call the white balance and expose functions. what should i do now? is there a reset hidden default button on camera s700 where i could reset it to a default setting? Yes, I think there is...press "menu/OK" and go to "setup."On the very bottom of that tab, there is a "reset" function.

I have a Samsung Digimax S700 and the memory card has become locked. How do i unlock it please?


Look for a tab on the side, usually yellow, that has an up arrow that says "Lock". Slide thaqt the opposite way and you card can be used again.

THE PICTURE TAKEN WITH FLASH IS ALWAYS MORE ON PINK COLOR


This is imbalance of the white balance of the camera. If there is no fault with outdoor shots then the CCD does not compensate the high intensity flash specially when bounced closer.
Set the camera manually to outdoor high brightness and test.
If the pink seems to come back irrespecitve of any of the settings the CCD circuitry is faulty.

Clean the battery terminals and clean the metal contacts in your camera and insert your battery and check, whether you get low battery warning.

Overexposure on Samsung Digimax L60


Had same problem after 2 years. Took it in to a repair shop & they installed a new camera flex. Its working OK now.

Pictures either very white/red for Samsung Digimax S700 digital Camera


The iris in the center of the lens may be stuck open or damaged.
you can look inside the front a focus/zoom/ turn on off and see if it opens and closes.

Cant download pictures


- install the software
- restart computer
- connect camera to PC, but make sure camera is turned off
- after connecting the camera, and the computer is ready, turn on the camera
- select Computer on camera LCD
- go to My Computer
- click on Removable disk
- click on DCIM
- click on 100SSCAM
- select all the images and copy them
- select a folder where the images will be saved
- paste the images
