Never heard of a fleetwing, what brand is it? But, for your 3 speed it is probably Sturmey Archer or Shimano and unless you know how to take a 3 speed hub apart and reassemble, plus have the right tools, I would not attempt it. There are about 88 little parts inside that hub.

I need a repair manul for schwinn Breeze to take apart a 3 speed hub because a non shifting problem

Schwinn doesn't make the hub. You need to find out what brand the hub is. The three most common are: Sturmey-Archer, SRAM and Shimano. Then you can do some online research to find a schematic of your hub, or find a good repair manual like Barnett's, Park or Bicycle Magazine that have 3spd hub instructions.
Start with the checking the cable tension first before taking apart the hub, 9 times out of 10 that is the issue with a 3spd hub. If something is actually broken inside it will be very difficult finding parts, most places will sell you a whole hub but not the parts (these days the component is meant to be replaced not fixed).

How to repair a broken chain on multi speed bicycle

to fix a broken chain you need a chain breaker tool to push the pins out of the links. Park makes a great one (Park CT-5, probably get it off of Amazon) for about $15. You can use the tool to remove the broken link(s), once removed, line up the good ends with the tool and push the pin back through. The link will be stiff, so you need to flex the chain laterally with your hands to loosen it up where you joined it together. DO NOT use a "master link" to join the chain together from a "single speed" bike, these will get jammed in the derailleur and cause more damage, and they are usually to thick for a multi-speed bike. Check out a repair manual or YouTube for details.

How do I operate the 8 gears on my bicycle as I have no instruction manual ? Please advise. My bicycle is a "Carolina Free Spirit". Thanks

Google bicycle shifting technique, for example:

http://coachlevi.com/cycling/complete-beginner-guide-to-bicycle-gears-shifting/

The basics of shifting are these:

1) The big ring and right side of the cassette in back are for speed.

2) The small ring and the left side of the cassette are for high torque, lower speed

3) The middle ring works with all rear cogs.

Avoid crossing left front to right rear and vice-cersa. It cause excess side loads on the chain.

Where can I find an owner's manual for a 1962 Raleigh Sports 3-Speed bicycle.

I'm afraid there is no manuals for this bike. Take a look at any sports bike from the 1960's. The basics are the same.

Need to adjust the gears on 18 speed Next

Since you don't specify the make or model a manual is not likely to be recommended for you. However, gears adjustments are sort of generic within limits. Try this link and find your shifters...

It is a 3 speed coaster brake and the speed changer threaded mechanism keeps coming out of the hub because the internal mechanism is stripped. Had it repaired once and the same thing has happened again

There is very good information at this site:http://sheldonbrown.com/coaster-brakes.html You can also find the info on the three speed changer here. They are fairly easy to work on if you have tools but you will have to shop around for parts. Hope this helps.

Operator manual for huffy crosswind bike grip shift

Look for the manufacturers name and model number on the gripshift and check at www.parktool.com. Look under derailleurs for repair tips which will give you an idea how they work. A twelve speed has six gears on the rear sprocket and two on the crank giving you a combination of twelve speeds. sheldonbrown.com is another good site with good articles and pictures.
