Question about RIM BlackBerry 8700c Cellular Phone
my little niece was playing with my blackberry & typed the wrong code for my keypad as i had locked it & then she got it blocked. Now it only comes up with some little picture & 507 on the bottom & i cant get into anything. How can i unblock this?! or has she fully wrecked it?
NZ does not have a pro-blackberry help centre.
Error 507 on a blackberry means no operating system is found. You can try to restore your Blackberry to factory settings by using a Java loader found here:
You will not be able to save the data on your phone. Try this at your own risk and ask someone for help if you are unsure about the process. Hope that helped,

No, please don't javaload the handheld. Your best solutiojn is download and install Desktop Manager from the BlackBerry web site, then the handheld code from your respective carrier and install that. Once complete, run desktop manager, then Application Loader. That will connect to the handheld without issues. I come across this error daily and this is the solution I use for end users.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
