Question about Zenith ADR620 CD Player
The laser sensor looses the return signal because either the lens is covered in dust or the head mechanism is faulty and can't follow the tracks accurately enough.
Open the player and clean it thoroughly - use a can of compressed air and a q-tip for the lens and another q-tip for the mechanism - make sure all the cogs and the screw are spotless then oil them very very lightly.
If that doesn't fix it then the damage is too great, you will have to replace the entire mechanism.
