Black screen blue box saying

some one must have put in a boot password to your laptop,
follow this:
When booting up, enter your BIOS setup (usually by pressing the F2 key at the appropriate time).

Locate the BIOS Password section and turn the ON STARTUP password to off. There is no standard setup for BIOS, so I can't give you exact instructions.

If this does not work, try:
remove cell & start your pc you will here beep...beep...beep...

then turn off your pc & restore your cell.Start your pc and
password is removed.

there is a battery on motherboard,a button cell, you can try removing that and start computer, then put it back, bios settings will be lost.
you can also try removing any hardware like ram,if you have two, when system is off, turn on , it will prompt for changes , enter bios and try remove password.

somebody set a BIOS password on your computer and there is no way to bypass it, if it is your computer and you are registered with Dell (assuming this is a Dell) then tech support can override this and reset the password, but they to a ton of account and security verification to determine that it's your laptop before they do this, and only a Dell supervisor can do it, not any of the phone techs.

When i turn my laptop on it goes to the toshiba loading screen and then it hope to a black screen with a blue box askn for password, after u enter sumething three times it just cuts off.

Just reset your logon password. You can get a Password Reset disc download and burn to CD. Copy/paste the address below, into your address bar of your browser.
http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/cd080802.zip
Download this file and burn it to CD. Put into drive and turn on PC, and boot from the CD. Follow instructions, choose the correct USER. & BLANK the password. make sure you say OK to write the data, and reboot. The logon password will now be reset blank.

I turn my computer on and

Hi there

The black screen that appears before the booting asking for password shows that you have activated security password through BIOS settings.

If nothing is working implies that you don't remember the password or activated it accidentally.

The only solution to your problem is to get into the BIOS settings an deactivate the security password or reset the BIOS settings.

thank you

When I turn my laptop on it will come on but the screen is a little pink when i put my password in then the screen turns black.

Must be driver related...
Have you tryed booting in Safe Mode?
To do so, reboot your computer after BIOS has shown and the Operating System is about to boot press F8...
If it loads then, reinstall your Graphics driver.
Good luck.
