Check for obstructions and heavy lint build up, then clean it out with a vacuum. If this does not cure the problem you will need to take the front off the unit and check the components that regulate the gas. They are the flame detector, high limit switch, and coils. Each should be checked for continuity with an ohm meter. It is not hard to do any of these repairs if you are handy. parts are readily available.

I have a White Rodgers 50E47-843 Ignition control, my gas furnace gets the call for heat and the exhaust fan starts and runs for 1 min before the LED lights yellow for 2 seconds and then starts the hot...

A certain sequence of events has to occur to start normal operation. My furnace would start the stack blower which would then run forever without the furnace starting up. The service tech replaced the stack blower controller and the ignitor to get things running right again. Remember that some stages of startup are temperature dependent. For example, the burner has to heat the bonnet enough to close a thermal switch and turn on the main.blower.

The engine has recently started to idle very fast when the car is in park, and tapping the gas pedal doesn't help.

Examine all the vacuum hoses as one most likely has cracked, usually at a bend or
has come completely off. This will cause very high idle.Hope this helps.

Genreator k runs for 5 min than shuts off seem to be starving for gas yet gas is good and is comming down from the tank, start it back up and it runs for 30sec and shuts off and so on and so on

look for a restriction in the fuel line (input to carb as well), also check oil level.

If those are good, then remove the carburetor bowl (dont damage gasket), and dump out anything that is in there. Your float may be sticking, or the needle seat has trash in it.

I cant fix your install problem ... If this is still under warranty, demand from the manufacturer that it be resolved.

Here are my thoughts ...

If your boiler comes on and goes off before temp is reached there may be a problem with the gas supply (not enough to keep it going properly) or there may be a problem with combustion air supply or water pressure.

To heat, you must have sufficient gas, sufficient air and the pump must be running. If the water pressure goes down, the boiler goes off. Check the gas supply line vs the BTU rating of the boiler.

I hope this helps you a little

No heat..revolves, blows there a fuse that shuts off gas?

Theres a fuse that shuts off the igniter. It can be the igniter or thermal fuse. If you see the igniter glowing but no gas coming out replace the coils on the gas valve. If that fails replace gas valve
