Question about SanDisk Sansa m230 MP3 Player
Okay, this is my problem. I have a electro brand mp3 player. it's a little cheapo, but i still think there should be a way to fix it. When I turn it on, everything is normal, a song shows up, all that jazz. but then if i press play, you can't hear the bass, and the vocals are wicked quiet. all you can hear is the cymbal, the lead guitar, and very faint vocals, but the backup vocals you can hear fine. can you help me?
I can't figure out how to do a factory reset, and when i already tried adjusting the equalizer numerous times. it gives me a choice in bass treble or something else, and if i select one, it goes back to the main menu.

Checked the EQ settings in the Settings part fo the menu, or do a factory reset in the Settings menu.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
