Question about Sharp AQUOS Blu-ray Disc Player
You must have an active NETFLIX account and broadband internet service. Connect an ethernet cable from the back of the bluray player (RJ-45 port) to your internet router. Now you must setup your player.
Using your bluray player's remote Press SETUP to display the Menu screen.
Press arrow keys to select “Settings”, then press
Press arrow keys to select “Communication Setup”,
then press ENTER.
You will see your IP Address, Gateway, Netmask and so forth.
Typically you can use the AUTO setting for these parameters (IP address is obtained automatically) but if this does not work, you may need to contact your internet service provider for the information you need to enter. Their technical support will be able to tell you what info you need for these parameters. To change these settings, select CHANGE at the bottom of the menu.
When finished, select INITIALIZE and press ENTER.
If you do need to enter your information for IP address etc. I am available for further instruction on how to enter the data. Hope this helps.
