My Mach Speed Trio Clip indicates battery full but when you turn on the unit it goes into shut down as if there is no battery power. I have placed it on charge using two different computers and still have the same problem.

I had the same problem and then went to the website to find that you have to have the off/on switch in ON position. This solved it for me. Hope it's that easy for you too!!!

Will not hold a charge

Check when the adapter is plugged if the battery is charging correctly and if it charges to the full. Leave it one for about a day and check if charged , Now check the time it works ,till you fully discharge and repeat the process.
But if the battery is not holding charge, try for final with your carr charger or one from a friend beffroe wee can fully confirm the battery is faulty . Replace ONLY with the original from the dealer with the warrranty.
helpful I hope. Good day

After charging my MP3 player it appears fully charged but it will only play for about an hour and the battery runs down. i have recharged it again, same thing. now what?

The very first time you charge your battery YOU MUST CHARGE IT FULLY!!! If you didn't, that is probably the problem.

Also, even if you charge the player for just a couple of minutes it will APPEAR to have a fully charged battery when it actually doesn't.

Most portable media devices require at least 20 minutes to an hour to fully charge whether the screen shows that it is fully charged or not.

You may need to completly discharge your digital media's battery and then fully charge it if it has a memory in it. If not you may need to replace the battery.

Dell DJ battery does not hold the charge

I'm afraid I have bad news. Your battery has seen better days. A new one on Ebay is about $15 shipping included last time I looked.

Hold down on the center button while hold down on the menu button. The apple logo will appear. Your Ipod is now rebooted.

Is the new battery fully charged? Usually it takes 6 hours on a new battery.

Zune won't charge

now what you do is if the zune just has a black screen with a battery symbol and it stays that way forever when on the charger. you, take the zune off the charger and press the play/pause button and if it turns on for a second with the low battery symbol then turns off, your in luck, just hold the play/pause button for 10 - 20 minutes. the zune will have turned on and off alot agitating the battery. once you hold it for 10 - 20 minutes put it on the charger, then presto it works. let charge fully then die completly for every time you use it for a bout a month to let the battery get back into it's normal cycle. ~Dan herzberg~ Thank you*

My ipod has a 20 min. battery life

It depends on how often you have let the iPod charge run down to 0%

After a while (1-2 years), the rechargeable battery loses its ability to hold a good charge. You can order a replacement from any online specialty electronics store.
