New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

I locked my samsung e250v and now it asks for a puk code

if the phone is asking for a PUK code please do not attempt to input a wrong code again it may permanently blocked your sim card. All you have to do is to call your service provider to unlock the code for you.

Son locked his samsung sgh-c45o mobil puk code

Call your phone service provider to obtain the puk code for the sim card, if the puk code has been entered wrong too many times and the code you get from your service provider doesn't work anymore then most likely you will need a new sim card, ask your phone service provider.

SGH-E250V

Hi,

You can remove this restriction yourself at:
http://www.unlocksamsungonline.com/unlocksamsung/E250

You do need a special FTDI (unlock) cable for it, the original usb cable will not work.

Best regards,

Unless you've changed it, it is usually the last four digits of your phone number by default
