HI. This is essentially going to be an issue that concerns the water inlet valve assembly. the cold side is experiencing difficulties when energized by the main control unit. This issue will most likely be a mechanical issue that is isolated to the actual valve solenoid. It is not opening as it should when energized. The necessary actions are to replace that assembly. This is not your average do it yourself repair procedure. if you are not comfortable with disassembling the top section of the unit and extracting this damaged part, i would advise to contact the nearest repair depot for this repair.

You either have a bad inlet solenoid, or the solenoid driver on the main board isn't working correctly.

Why won't fisher & paykel gwl11 fill cold water?

If the cold water only comes out at a trickle, you need to replace the valve. I have had to replace the hot and cold water valves on my washer every couple years.

F&P GW712 cold water dipping in, hose not blocked, how do we fix this. machine goes well otherwise

if its leaking into the drum whilst the machine is off or while it isnt sposed to be filling then your going to need a new water inlet valve as the plunger inside will be jammed or stuck open

Fisher & Paykel GW712 hot water fills fine - cold water just trickles. Was working fine until yesterday

Turn that spigot off, then unscrew the hose from the machine and inspect the screen that is there (on most machines, some have internal screens/filters) If that screen is clogged, you can clean it or get a new one, if it is damaged. Place the hose inside the washer, or someplace you know the water will drain away, turn on the spigot to make sure you have a flow from the spigot to the end of the hose. Reattach and charge the hose. I believe this will be the answer.
Hope it is helpful. Please rate and comment, Thank You

Fisher & Paykel washer GW712 won't spin

There is an issue with your drainage area. Best to remove the pump and check for the obstruction in the line or at the impellar.(If the water is not completely drained, the pressure switch wont send a low level to the timer to allow a spin).

F & P GW712 - bowl spins, but won't fill.

Read your user manual - but I would suggest that you may not have setup the balance properly. Check the level of the machine and adjust to be as square as possible by adjusting the feet at the bottom. If the water isnt coming in on both hot and cold sounds like a common problem - perhaps the water level sensor is playing up or something else has been knocked during transportation of the machine when you moved house. Check your user manual for troubleshooting. Sounds dumb, but check that 'delay start' isnt selected also. check both hoses filters are not blocked.
