Have you tried removing the battery, hold power button in for a few mins then put battery back in see if it will boot up..It discharges this may help.
Have you tried to do a hard reset?
Hold down the power button and volume up key at the same time for a few mins and you should see the android menu come up to where you can select factory reset with volume button. Hopefully it will bring it up.
