I am not seeing the audio files already loaded in my SanDisk M240. Becoz of this problem I am not able to delete the files already loaded nor able to upload new files as the memory is full. In short, I am stuck with all the audio files I am using for the last one year.

Your player will appear as Sansa m230 or m240. Follow these steps: Playing Music 1. Use the USB connector cable provided with your player to connect the USB port on the top of your player to an open USB port on your computer. Can't delete files off of my sandisk m240

I can help with the reset problem. You have to format your player by right clicking on the Sansa icon. This will erase all your files, so back them up if you wish to keep them. The folder stucture on the Sansa is not very logical and I still haven't figured it out. I have had my player almost 2 months now. hope this helps. J
