Question about Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
Try the following steps , close Internet Explorer.
if you are using WINDOWS XP
click start>run, type in inetcpl.cpl , press enter
if you are using windows vista / windows 7
click start> in "search programs and files" type in inetcpl.cpl press enter
internet explorer properties will open up. go to the last tab which is Advanced.
Click on RESET
proceed with the reset and try again
