Check the label on the power supply for the current rating on 12 volts.
The +12 volt is the yellow colored wire and the black is the ground.
To turn on the switch mode power supply connect pin 14 (for a 20pin connector) or pin 18 (for a 24pin connector) to ground.
You can use a switch so you can turn the power supply ON and OFF.

I shut down the fridge. Not getting any power to it now. I have checked breakers and fuses. There is power to 110 outlet where it plugs in. No power to gas valve. What do you think the problem is?

Your Norcold refrigerator is powered by 12V DC, not 110V AC. You need to check input power at the power board. If the fuses are good and you have good 12V to the refrigerator, check to see if you are getting 12V past the 5amp fuse on the board. If not, you may have a bad board. I have a CWC 1600 everything works fine on it but it does not get cold. Everything powers on fine and you can adjust the temp up and down but it just does not get cold.

Your Peltier is most likely shot! You can fix it for less than $10 in about 30 minutes.
Take the back of the fridge apart and remove the fan and aluminum heat-sync. Sandwiched in between the heatsync you'll see the Peltier pad with two wires coming off it. That's what you need to replace. The peltier has a make and model number on it. I would recommend ordering the same make and model. The specs should be 12v DC and less than 5amp and 60 watt draw. Your wine cooler's power supply can only output 5amp and 60watt max power. When you install the new Peltier you'll need to spread new thermal compound on both sides of the Peltier. I recommend Artic Silver Ceramique. You can buy this at your local Radio Shack or any computer store where they sell motherboards and CPUs.

Where do I connect the yellow Continuous 12v DC and does it require a 5amp fuse?

Hi, the yellow wire requires power all the time, because it holds the radio station presets. There is usually a hot wire in the factory car wiring harness for this purpose. This wire would be hot with the key off, and you could find it using a simple 12 volt test light. Alternatley, if you tell me your model and year of coa I can probably look up the car's wire color for you.

I installed an older used stereo. I found the red wire is power, the black is ground, What is the yellow wire with the 5amp in line fuse for

The Yellow is your Ignition wire, It controls the stereo power when the vehicle is on/off. It can be spliced with the red wire, however I wouldn't suggest it unless all other options have been used.

Radio Not Working

There are 3 fuses in the interior fuse panel that feeds radio.
no. 11(10amp) is ignition switch power to the radio it comes into radio on the TN/LB wire.
no. 27 (10amp) is hot at all times and comes in on OG/LG wire.
no. 12 (5amp) is hot in run or accessory and comes in on YE/BK wire.
Check these with 12V test light at fuse and at radio connector.
