Question about HP LaserJet 2420dn Printer
Seems as though previous print jobs are transposed from the fuser assembly onto new print jobs . I have cleaned the printer out serveral times and still get poor print jobs. does this printer have a fuser assembly, if so can I replace it? Is there a way to clear up the print jobs without replacing parts?
After you have printed a page remove the toner cartridge and look at the drum underneath, is there a ghost image of what has just been printed on it?? if so the cleaning blade is faulty and you'll need to replace the toner cartridge - this is the most likely cause of your problem.
Your printer does have a fuser and it can be replaced, but i don't think it's the problem.
