Yes, FLO, means that the pressure of the Flow, isn't enough, this can mean the inlet valve is faulty, the pressure isn't enough, or there is a Microprocessor fault, and it "Thinks" there is a problem. That's the reason it will not heat much over 90'. Because it cannot get enough gas to heat up properly, you also need to check the regulators, this too can cause this symptom too. Sometimes a valve can stick, or jam up, or the electronic drive, may not be enough, or the micro, isn't working properly.
You really need a service and repair manual, to be able to troubleshoot, this effectively. Perhaps contacting the manufacturer and asking them for a manual would help.
if you do not wish to DIY, then again, contact the manufacturer, or agent, and ask them for a referral to an authorised repair center, then when they call, you can ask for a 'Quote" and then you can decide as to repair or replace.

What does mean FLO message on the digital panel

Hi Simon,

The FLO message is a warning that your water flow is not what it needs to be. This can be harmful to your equipment, without proper water flow the heating element can over heat or your pump can run dry causing damage. Often this is can be caused by dirty filters, so your first check should be to see if your filters are clean. Other possible problems could be water levels. Make sure you have no water blockages especially on the suction end.

Fl0 code

Flo ? for Flow Error?

That would for any number of reasons that the Flow Switch is not sensing enough water flow to trip the sensor/pressure switch or actual true water flow switch.

Heater will not run or heat, if there is not enough water flowing!
The heater will sense this. So, whatever will restrict or stop sufficient water flow is the problem.
  • Dirty filter
  • Closed valves
  • Not enough water in tub or pool - low water level
  • Clogged pump impeller
  • Clogged baskets:
    • at pump or at skimmers
  • Clog / stopped up plumbing line
And finally, you may have a bad flow switch/sensor

Lo flo pool power rp23

Clean your filter,...
... just a slight sensing of "Lower" water flow, may trigger the sensor to read not enough water flow. Also check your impeller, your skimmer baskets & the hair and lint pot basket at the pump.
If all those are confirmed as clean & clear - then you may have a faulty flow sensor.

Circulation pump is running but FLO is displayed on panel and heat light goes out.

FLO is displayed because something has caused a reduction in water pressure through the heater. The spa control will turn the heater off when FLO is displayed to prevent a burn out.
I suggest checking the filter cartridge, the suction fittings & any valve which could be partially closed & restricting flow.
Try run the spa with out the filter cartridge if this clears the error then it is the cartridge.
If none of these work it is possible the your flow switch and/or pump is beginning to fail.
Good luck!

The FLO is lit up on my Pro-form restoration 5.1. how do i fix it?

The error code FLO indicates that there is NOT enough water flow through the system to operate the spa and make the heater turn on.
Check your spa filter by removing it. If the heat indicator comes on then you can be assured your filter is too dirty.
If the heat indicator light does NOT come on after removing the filter then you need to check the PRESSURE SWITCH by by-passing the switch and see if the heat indicator light comes on. If it comes on after jumping the two wires together that go to the pressure switch then you know you have a bad pressure switch.
Also, check the gate valves on either side of the pump to make sure they are completely up and you have good water flow.

J-300 won't heat. FLO readout

FLO = It typically for a Flow Switch or pressure switch (heater is deactivated. Pump may also be deactivated).
It is most likely a flow/pressure switch failure.

Before you buy a replacement try running the spa with out the filter cartridge - Checking if dirty cartridge is the issue. Also check that all gate valves are all the way open & locked.

EGR FLO CKT RANGE on my 06 dodge grand caravan is showing for my code- the vehicle surges while driving- what is a EGR FLO anyhow?

EGR----- exhaust gas return
The flow is the return of the exhaust gases back into the intake manifold. If the port or ports on the under side of the valve are blocked, that would cause an insufficient flow.
If the pintle in the valve is not opening or closing all the way, in other words a faulty egr valve, would cause the same problem, best thing to do is have it checked.
