SOURCE: hi need to replace the

Contact a dealer that carries that brand. They can look up the correct parts and order them for you. You should be also able to do this on the Internet. Be sure to use only the factory specified parts.

Caution - Fuses only go out for a reason. Troubleshoot the oven for problems first. May have a shorted element.

Only work on ovens when the power is turned off. 220 Volts can kill you. Call a tech if you are not qualified to do the repairs.

Check if a overtemp fuse has beem avtivated. You will need a multimeter. Check for burned wires on function switch and thermostat. And check functionswitch for burn marks. Function switch = main switch

Replaced failed circular element in main oven. Still not working and code 555 displayed when power turned back on

Make sure you have 220 volts at the wall plug for the oven. If not try resetting the circuit breaker for it. You may need to replace the breaker if it is several years old.

My oven lost power right in the middle of bakingcookies. We checked the breaker no problem unplugged and replugged still no power. Can you tell me what is wrong

If it is totally dead--no power, you need to start checking the main power supply lines. Make sure you shut off the main breake to the oven. Then start at the connection where the house lines hook to the oven. If this is a built in oven it will be in a junction box directly behind the oven. If it is a free standing range/oven it should have a big 240 volt power cord on it connected to the range with 3 screws. Many times if connections are not tight when first installed, those loose connections will burn to the point they no longer make a good connection.

Hi need to replace the two internal fuses for my st.gearge wall oven (about 15 years old). Fuses are located on the circuit board behind the clock/timer. Where can I source this?

Had an element go on my Technika T948/1 oven, had it replaced by an independent tec. Now the temp control does not cut out when it hits the desired temp, hence the oven now just burns everything. I rang...

Call the Company and ask them they can tell you, But the element is a long way off from the thermostat however the thermal bulb may have got bumped out of the way. The element is just a two wire or three wire element, you could call the Tech and ask if he might have moved the temperature sensor bulb and see what he says. You also have to understand his side of it to, many people try to get something for nothing and try to blame the tech's work. When you do this you put him on the defense and you won't get much help, he has to eat too and with the price of fuel now days driving out and fixing your problem is going to cost money. Try not blaming his work and ask him to explain it to you, you might be surprised at his response.

After usung the self cleaning function the oven no longer works

Check for correct voltage at plug, in the mean time the oven will be disconnected from any power, see if it resets with no power for 10 minutes
