Hello,

Click the "Wii" button located on the bottom left corner of the screen on the Wii Main menu
Click the "Wii Settings" button on the System Settings screen. Look for the button with the wrench icon.
Move to the second page of the Wii System Settings screen by clicking the blue arrow.
Click the "Parental Controls" button on the second System Settings screen. Click "I Forgot" when asked asked to enter your four-digit PIN.
Answer the secret question displayed on the screen. You provided the question when you set up your Wii. Note that the answer to the question is case sensitive.

If you answer correctly, you'll have access to the Parental Control Settings. Reset your PIN on this screen by entering a new PIN number and a new answer to the secret question, then clicking OK. Click "I Forget" if you can't remember the answer to the question. Nintendo displays a message screen with text telling you to contact Nintendo customer support. At the bottom of the screen is a confirmation number.
Write down the confirmation number so you don't forget it, and leave your Wii turned on with the confirmation number screen displayed.
Call Wii customer support at 800-255-3700. Tell Nintendo customer support your confirmation number. You'll receive a master key code to reset your parental control PIN. Write down the master key code.
Return to your Wii, and click the "Enter Master Key" button. On the Master Key screen, enter the five-digit master key you received from Nintendo customer support, then click "Confirm Master Key." The Wii displays a message stating that "Parental Controls are Now Disabled." Click "OK" for the Wii to return you to page two of the Wii Systems Setting screen.
Click the "Parental Controls" button on the Wii System Settings screen. The Parental Controls screen will now show that you have no parental control settings enabled. Enter a new four-digit PIN number and secret question to reset your PIN, then click "OK.

Take care.

I need a master key for my wii because i forgot my password

Go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and enter your 8 digit confirmation number there. When you do so, make sure that whatever today's date is, your Wii is set to that date. (And select Today's date from one of the 3 possible choices.)

(To get the confirmation number, go into Parental control settings, click I forgot on enter pin screen, and Click I forgot on answer secret question screen. This is where you come to where you enter the master password, and the confirmation number you need, to get this master password.)

Wii problem:i have forgot my pin and my secret questin answer. What should i do?

This is the solution that worked for everyone
Before you do it, make sure your wii's date and time is correct then continue

Go into the Parental controls on your Wii, then Click "I forgot on the Pin" entry page, and "I forgot on the Secret Answer" entry page. Your 8 digit confirmation code will be on the next page.
Now go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.wsgi from your computer
Enter the 8 digit confirmation number there
Mater Password/Unlock Code will be giving to you

Go to your wii and put the unlock code giving to you and there you go

THIS SHOULD WORK BUT IF FOR ANY REASON IT DIDN'T WORK, YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE THE FIRST PERSON IT DIDN'T WORK FOR. TRY STEP TWO BELOW! IT SHOULD WORK.

Call 1-800-255-3700 and tell the customer service that you forgot your password. You'll receive a new MASTER PASSWORD from them free of charge.

Please rate if this helped you or solved your problem.

Are there parental control options on wii consoles to block mature language on Black Opts?

Simply put, no there are not. Though you can use parental controls to block a game with a mature or adult rating, at current Black Ops has not provided any means by which to block specific language. Equally, there are no hardware options that can modify Wii software-- either the game company supplies the option or it does not.
